Founded by Carlos Restrepo, 1889 Development Group was built on the belief that successful development begins long before construction. With nearly a decade of experience in architecture, planning, and project coordination, Carlos developed an understanding of how projects move from an initial idea to a completed investment. That experience revealed where many of the greatest opportunities exist—not only in designing buildings, but in identifying underutilized properties, solving complex development challenges, and creating value through strategic planning.
